Your Responsibilities:

Know-How:

• You identify trends and specialize in acquiring national and international retailers in the fashion, beauty, sports, and lifestyle segments for our marketplace business and actively approach them.

Communication:

• You take responsibility for approaching potential partners, coordinate with our experts in the business units, and work in a team to develop tailored fulfillment solutions for our customers.
• You create presentations, customized offers, and contract templates.

Taking Responsibility:

• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process—from customer acquisition to contract completion.

Networking:

• With your strong sales affinity, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness, you attract new customers and expand your network.
• You participate in trade fairs and industry events, where you recognize trends, transfer them into the organization, and keep an eye on the competition.

Experience:

• Ideally, practical knowledge in e-commerce, experience with marketplaces, and good contacts with fashion brands.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• You easily captivate others, are confident, and love communication.

Confidence:

Language Skills:

• Your German and English language skills should be at a good level.
